Scottish FA 1.1 Development Team

Working from the Livingston office today and managed a sneaky trip to the gym at lunch time.

This is a snap of our recent SFA 1.1 Development Activities course run via the Livingston Youth Foundation.

The course was delivered by Karen McConnell an SFA B Licence coach and it was very enjoyable and informative.

I now quite fancy taking further coaching courses.

Gym again at night after dinner.
