Take your partners ?

Well not exactly! We disturbed this happy
pair in the Regional Museum in Faro on one
of the Algarve's less than sunny days. The
Museum, with its collection of old photographs
and many exhibits of peasant farming techniques
showing the heavy reliance on both man and
woman power, donkeys and oxen, takes a
nostalgic, and very infrequent romantic look,
at the Algarve's traditional way of life in the
19th Century.
