Ian Rankine promotes ?

I was there -one of the four standing on the steps in the rain, whilst the privileged five were up on the roof. It was all so hush hush that it is quite beyond me why we were invited to come in the first place. Yes, I photgraphed Ian between the crush of the other blippers with enormous lenses - however it was disappointing after coming a distance and not offered even a coffee and a chance to speak to him. I still have to wait to find out like every other blipper the whole purpose of today's project.
