EPIC training

Training for deacons and newly ordained priests in this diocese has had to cover such a vast array of experience and situations that it has become very general.
So much so that I found it frustrating and sought specific training elsewhere, though I faithfully attended the monthly training days as I had committed to do.
So my expectations were rather low when I joined the 2 year Equipping Priests In Charge training stream.
Wow! What a difference. It is exciting, motivational, and very supportive. We got it right!
