Another busy day, today's indoors back blip is a relatively new £1 coin.

Took my dressing off my thumb today and gave it a good wash, moisturise and re-dressed it. It appears that there is one suture left in situ, that you couldn't see before. It's been done by a private clinic under a NHS sub-contract, and the level of organisational competence at the private clinic is even worse than the NHS...
