Buildings in Brum

Got to walk through Birmingham on my way to and from a course I went to today. I do like red brick buildings - something about them... Having to do this course on volunteering to allow me into the maternity ward at Good Hope to help new Mum's trying to breastfeed. Was a bit annoyed I had to go so far (nowhere else is hosting the course - and as takes 6 weeks want to hurry up or I'll be in the ward as a patient before I start volunteering!). But turned out to be great - insight into a completely different community - sat next to a Nigerian and an Angolan lady. There were only two other white British women in the room! Nice change from Sutton for a bit.
