I'm back!

Had to skip 2 days. Severe toothache following root canal work last week, so not in the mood for anything except flagellation of dentists.

Today the combination of antibiotics, ibuprofen & strictest instructions from Dr D pulled me back from the brink. (If your better half is a doctor, you just do what you're told - the alternative is too scary to contemplate).

As I was not permitted to "overdo it" today, and had to head out to the bank anyway, I took 30 minutes for a coffee and fresh air at the harbour. Dysart harbour, not Kirkcaldy (we have an abundance). 5 within 5 miles.

The shot is the restored Harbourmaster's House, where the cafe is located. An odd place - most of the customers are retired, just passing the time until....

I like it. Makes me feel very young, vibrant and alive. The coffee is fine, and so are the scones, cakes etc. Then the smell of salt & seaweed when I come out.
