Wall-flower

Today's offering is this metal flower that my sister bought me a few years ago. The weather is wet and miserable and I doubt I'll get out (other than to do a soggy school run) today to find anything else.

Just returned from an impromptu coffee and brunch with a friend so am sitting down with a nice hot cuppa and a huge vanilla slice before venturing out again.

Little miss Alex is off to the fireworks with Auntie Tara this evening so I'll be hunkering down with the candles lit and the curtains drawn for a cosy night in with my book. Stay safe this 5th November and enjoy the fireworks and bonfires
