Autumn's Carpet

A grand walk today...I had been stuck inside for 3 days with a pesky migraine that had overstayed it's welcome.  So it was great to get out in the fresh air again!
I joined friends on the Walking for Health walk from the Arts Centre at Linford Wood (where this photo was taken). We enjoyed a lovely walk along the canal. Then 7 of us indulged in a leisurely lunch at The Black Horse...I felt much better after that...you can't beat good company and sticky toffee pudding!
