Today for my workout I did the 1000 rep challenge that I've been dreading for awhile. It requires you to start a timer and complete 30 reps of every exercise (except for the few that have 100 reps written next to it) as fast as you can with no breaks. It was definitely a challenge but hopefully next time I can get it in under 42 minutes. I also smacked both of my knees on the box jump which it involved me wincing in pain for at least 2 minutes.
