Early morning on St Moritz lake

My morning started with a visit to my knee specialist in St Moritz. He is pleased with my progress over these past 9 months, both knees, and with improved strength and stability he no longer feels it is necessary to have another (we're talking 4th) operation. He gave me the thumbs up for a bit of skiing, plenty of cross-country skiing, plenty of "getting out" whatever! and a "see you in the Spring". All very good news.
As I came out the morning mist was lifting off the lake as the sun was rising. Lots to look forward to!
