Belgian Loaf.

This is my super easy fruit cake ( used for last year's Christmas cake). The recipe originally came from my granny who would make it during the war years and beyond as it doesn't contain eggs. My mother made it a lot as it is very easy and versatile to change flavours and textures.

This one has cranberries, orange and cinnamon, with some Demerara sugar sprinkled on top for extra crunch.
