Painted barn

The barn was finished on Tuesday and we are very pleased with it. The east side is high and awkward to paint, especially the white under the eaves. But our galant painter has done a sterling job and with any luck at all, it should not need doing again for some years. I think it is five years since it was last done.

We finally got some rain this afternoon. In fact I almost pulled off on the highway coming home this afternoon. I couldn't really see much at all. But as usually happens, the storm moves through, and now the sun is out!
