Zoe having a sun bath!

Thhis is her favorite place to curl up....on the path to the house, in the sunshine!   A little while ago i mentioned that our sweet Zoe had been diagnosed with kidney failure....for the past few months she has been loosing a lot of weight.....i'm taking her to vet every couple of weeks to check in her weight.   2 weeks ago she was down another 1 lb....not good, so since then i've upped her feedings!   i'm preparing meals that are almost more interesting than what we eat!   4-5 times a day i prepare her egg noodles, beef broth and some kind of meat.....she's loving it!   And the good news....she was up over 2 lbs the other day!   wooohooo...i actually did a wee dance right there in the vets office!!!!  i was so thrilled that we're managing to get her to at least not starve to death!  which is a reality with kidney issues!   so here she is, sleeping of her very large lunch!

In other news....pots continue to be made....new teapot shape...based on the large jars the other day...i thought well why not put a spout and a handle and call it a teapot!!!!  

just waiting, impatiently....for the glaze kiln to be cool enough to unload, some new oceanics on the top shelf for me to see!!!
