How times have changed!

This may seem a very strange topic for a blip, but it evoked very strong memories for me. Back in 1989-1990 I was a student in the then Soviet Union, and we had ration coupons for toilet roll. I honestly can't remember ever seeng any for sale for roubles. I believe we used to buy it for sterling in Moscow... So actually seeing 'toilet roll' in Russian iwas a bit of an eye opener!
