Reunion

We escaped from the work site for a few hours today for lunch with old friends at the club where we all met. Two are still members, though one with a foot in England and the other with a foot in Miami, while the other couple have lived in the States for years. Talk about the state of Brazil during lunch was sobering - basically, those in the know are saying 'get out if you can'. We can't, or at least, not easily, so ....

Meanwhile, lunch was delicious and the company and surroundings couldn't have been better. I'd have loved to go prowling with the camera and the long lens afterwards, but it wasn't quite the moment. We also met up with lots of friends from our club in the hills, all there playing in a Masters tournament. A good day.
