Gradad's book

Phil's grandad died last week. He was 98 so he had a good innings. I would have loved him to live to 100 but it wasn't to be.
He wrote a book before he died about his time in the army during world war 2. He was raising money for the British Legion.
Some of you are aware that I set myself a challenge to read 10 books this year so I have put off reading it. Phil bought it to me and said I should read it today I agreed. I opened it with the intention to read it but only got as far as the first page where he had written a personal message to us. That was it I could read no further today. I will try again tomorrow,t
