Willow kiss it better

Apparently willows kissing better skills are superior to mine.

Ivy had a really odd napping day today. She went for an early morning nap so she's be awake to go swimming with kirsten, and a late afternoon nap so shed be awake enough to go to the fireworks.

The ullapool fireworks display is the stuff of legends- about 20 minutes worth of insane amounts of fireworks, all for donation only. It seriously lasts longer than my attention span - basically rhe entire village turns out. ivy was enthralled, she declared the fireworks 'sparkly ' and went 'bang bang bang bang'.

I got carried away on the first mulled wine of the season and declared a party at our house. Euan has rejected my proposal to have mulled wine permenantly on the go all winter. Ivy got to be downstairs for a little while, but then she went to bed with no complaints.
