Pegasus Weather Vane

I “found” a weather vane sculpture on the University of Oregon campus today that I’d never noticed before.
As I watched it moved easily with the most minimal of breezes at the top of the Knight Library.
The unusual sculpture is quite large to move so easily.
Needless to say, I was intrigued by the ease of its movement and struck by its unusual beauty.
The sculpture is called “Pegasus” and has been soaring over the library since 1994.
