Michael`s Wood.

Well at least it was mild. Michael`s Wood natural burial ground at Cholderton, near the A303, on the Wilts/Hants border. Planted back in Victorian times, for pigeon shooting. Anyway ,this morning was woodland bulb planting. Despite the atrocious weather around 20 turned up with trowels, and helped with the snowdrops, cyclamen, aconites, bluebells etc.  The wood is shaped like a heart, and I know its for the living to benefit, just a place of peace and tranquility. Looked after so well by the family that own the organic estate.
