Toy Town?

Whilst TheAphid was at the Tech Fair this morning with the Jersey Coders group, we popped into town to start the Christmas shopping. Town was busy but not heaving, so it was a good idea to begin this weekend. We'd decided last night that we'd go out for lunch, and after finding one place shut for winter, we tried the Priory Inn at Devil's Hole in St Mary. It was busy but the food and service was excellent, I'd definitely go back again.
This photo was taken from Pier Road on the way into town. It's looking towards the old abattoir (the granite building) now a shopping centre called Liberty Wharf, as it's near to Liberation Square. It has some small shops in it and a few chains, including a very nice M&S Home department.
