Cala Morell

We visited here because of taking the wrong road one day and found a beautiful place, cliffs of red sandstone full of boulders of sandstone, granite and grey shale, plus a local cave necropolis where the ancient people of the island buried their dead several thousand years ago.  The picture shows an old fisherman's cottage close to the sea.  There are holiday homes and apartments on the cliffs further inland, empty at this time of year.
