Is that the time?

There was a lovely golden glow for a while this afternoon.
I could almost tell the time by this sun-dial in the village churchyard. 
I wonder if they turn they entire plinth around in March and back again in October for British Summer Time?
Supper with friends this evening. What could be better? Well I don't know actually as we're all acting as "Guinea pigs" for a recipe trial. I'll let you know tomorrow.
