Sparklers

I came back to the UK on Bonfire Night, but Christmas is everywhere...that was a bit of a shock to the system. Even before we reached Customs at Heathrow, I had seen my first Christmas tree. Today in Lewes, I heard a choir singing carols. Call me Scrooge, but I blocked my ears. It's NOVEMBER!

We were in Lewes to meet my sister and her girls for lunch at Bill's, one of my favourite eating places. We had to queue for a table, and it was noisy (or is that just me?) but the food was great :-).

Can you believe we saw the Northern Lights here last night?? A definite green glow in the north.
