An early start, and the leaves are turning into soggy cornflakes, there was not any crunch in them this morning. We had to set up our outside area in case the inspector arrived at the same time as it stopped raining. So we started the day a bit damp. All on tenterhooks during morning, but she only came in my class for a moment. Whew! Once the visit was over we had to tidy away all the wet toys in the garden, hope they will dry in the shed.
On to parents, my brother was there and had cooked lunch. All a bit emotional as he tried to get them to agree that they need extra help. In the end Dad said he was happy for social services to re assess and visit to help him in the mornings etc. Not what he wanted to happen but as I have to go into hospital, scheduled for 2 weeks away, something really does need to be arranged.
I had a much needed deep hot bath with a book to round off the day.
