Fireworks

Going into the third evening of it sounding like an artillary bombardment out there I was determined to actually see some fireworks. Also the rain had stopped.
I found a public display in Clissold Park and although tickets were sold out there was a good view from the road where lots of other people were gathered.
There was a good friendly buzz on the streets.

Now back at the flat and the sound of fireworks all around us sounds like a battle going on. Not used to them, coming from quiet Ireland where they are banned.

Otherwise a quiet day. Nothing to report yet.
