Co-ordination?

The dumb-asses of Edinburgh council seem to have shares in the company that makes cones. At the junction where I live there are now three different sets of roadworks, all independent and all blocking or closing a different road.

I see that some of the Edinburgh council staff have been arrested today for corruption, perhaps the others should be arrested for incompetence!
