The Fete

The famous annual "Garden Marlborough" week ended today with the traditional Garden Fete in Seymour Square, central Blenheim. The weather was perfect for the many stall holders and thousands of attendees. There was high cloud cover and no wind. But my word, the sun, whenever it peeped through the clouds, was incredibly hot. It is the time of year for suncream and sunhats. There was something for everyone at the fete. I came home with new giant branch loppers and other garden gadgets. I can't wait to put them to use.
