The Long Ride

SwissPiper has spent the last few months looking after me during my convalesence and attending to her busy job; so she has not been getting out on her bike for a good while. However, it was typical of her that she chose the beautiful but steep Offen Pass for her first ride, a round trip of 85k with much steep climbing, which she rode with aplomb!. Piper and I drove the support vehicle and those of you that watch the Tour de France will be pleased to know that we drive a Skoda.
Friends coming round this evening for a simple supper before we all go off to watch the latest James Bond movie in St Moritz. A good day all round.
