Musselburgh

Sam sitting nicely watching Musselburgh harbour after running 7.44km along Portobello promenade with Miss Moneypenny and I. Jack the Blipper and Mr D were far too good for us and were miles ahead but the rain stayed off and we had a great run. This is training for the Isle of Coll half marathon and 10km in August.
