Afternoon tea

Our friend John was away for his 70th birthday. We caught up with him today when we took him and his lovely wife Virginia out for afternoon tea.
Middlethorpe Hall outside York was the destination and they did us proud. We should be able to walk again sometime tomorrow. J and V took a good proportion of the feast home and saved us from ourselves.
