Stuff left behind

Up early but glad of the extra hour in bed with the clocks changing. J went to Portie for a swim while I ran down to meet her. 7K and it was hard work. Headed over to Tiso as J wanted some mew shoes to walk to work in now the weather has changed. Spent a bit of time clearing the old hifi stuff from under the stairs that the previous people had left. Always surprising that people leave behind when the go. Obviously had young children.

Gym this afternoon to get a new program sorted before coming back to watch qualifying, the race and Strictly tonight.
