Diving food

We are away this weekend diving in Lochaline, so I came back tonight and managed to make a lemon and lime drizzle cake for the boat. Didn’t leave it to cool long enough before turning it out so the bottom fell away a bit. Still tastes OK so I’m sure it’ll get eaten
