The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Wasps v Gloucester this afternoon ...

Good: Christian Wade's try

Bad:    A high & late tackle which had one of the Gloucester players red carded

Ugly:   A punch which had one of the Wasps players red carded.

A rainy grey sky didn't do much for visibility or light while Gloucester had the best of the first 10 or 15 minutes, which is when this line out took place.  Wasps then scored a brilliant try and definitely had the best of any 'luck' going before one of the Gloucester players was red carded for a late and high tackle. The medics came sprinting onto the pitch to sort out the Wasp out cold from being on the wrong end of it and then lead him off the field for a concussion assessment.

Quite why the Wasps prop thought he needed to punch someone 6 minutes before the end with the score at 23:3 is beyond me ....

leave the lens on auto focus
check which card is in the camera as 2GB is not enough for a match and the fireworks afterwards
take your glasses!
