Walburga

A day for catching up with emails and housework. While giving Walburga a polish I thought she might like to be blipped. Walburga is a rather unusual woman with a distinctive personality and is the strong defender of my home. It is said that people with this name have a deep desire for travel and adventure, and so she came to land on my kitchen windowsill a long way from her native land. She comes from Warnemunde on the Baltic Coast of Germany and travelled here via my sister’s cruise ship. She always has a cheery smile never mind what's happening around her.
