Money for nothing

An uninspiring blip day until I looked at this weeks mono monday challenge: money. Instantly got Dire Straits and Money for nothing in my head! Farming is a funny way of living with many cash flow issues. We are also asset rich but money poor. However to husband and I money isnt as important as happiness and life. Our job is a lifestyle choice and not a way to get rich! We can survive comfortably on very little income thankfully! This wee video also came to mind (contains a couple of swears) Mitchell and Webb farming is easy money. Back to the photo and its relation to money, at the farm where we manage the livestock they have a weaving mill and turn their own wool into woven tweed for making many products and also have the wool knitted into jumpers and hats. So they turn the wool which is in this day and age a nothing product into money!! 

A calmer day weatherwise and dry in the morning so managed to get some outside jobs done. By lunchtime the rain was on so got on with housework and then coursework.

10c 5mph S dry until midday then raining for rest of day.
