Inganess (Day 186)

The wind roared all night and I was lucky to choose the right moment to take the dogs up the hill this morning, missing the heavy showers.
I headed to town and collected Mrs P. from her work and we headed home to potter in the house before lunch.
We decided on a walk at Inganess Bay, which is the other side of town. As we arrived the rain lashed down and I spent five minutes struggling into waterproof trousers before getting out of the car, by which time the rain had stopped and we managed to walk the dogs without getting wet.
The wind seems to be easing a little now, thankfully.
