Emergency blip

Once again, fortunately, friend June has come to the rescue by letting me blip some of her 'pets' when I popped in on my way home from badminton.

The rain has been heavy and relentless, causing flooding in parts locally because of leaf-blocked drains. The council, however, seemed to be on the ball, and by the time I was returning from a supermarket jaunt, they had cleared a few and were working on another. 

The river is very high and in danger of bursting its banks if the rain continues overnight...
