New job....
Well it's best to start with something you are familiar with isn't it? I know I have made thousands previously and I wanted a change, but when I could choose what to start with it seemed the natural choice. They went down well!
I made a pear sponge and custard, poached eggs on toast, and did rather a lot of washing up!
I had a good poke around my new kitchen and found an alarming lack of baking trays but I will soon rectify that!
I think it is going to be fine, and I hope to see some old friends moving in soon!
