Exploits at 60!

Metropol Parasol.

Designed by the German architect Jurgen Mayer it claims to be the largest wooden building in the world.  It opened in March 2011 and needless to say this "flying waffle" is controversial.  It houses a market, a restaurant and a concert space.  I think it is brilliant that a city like Seville with such a history is bold enough to erect such a building in one of the city's most traditional shopping squares.
