Windermere

Looking rather full today. Horrendous weather and I had to drive to a course. Coming back was hairy, through a massive flood on the bypass where vehicles were aqua planing and stuck on the verges. Phoned the police as it was an accident waiting to happen, who interpreted "kendal south" turnoff as "broughton in Furness", but then they were all busy out looking for a car and it's occupant(s) who had entered the river. Sadly they have not been found yet despite choppers, mountain rescue and the police searching.
