Doing the strut.:-))

Not much choice of blip today as have been very tired however I thought this seemed appropriate. A long time ago a friend found out a little of my story and asked why I had a shy outlook when he strutted around like a bantam. I asked what was he on about and he replied after going through what I had that I should have my chin in the air and a head held high.

The nfh were playing me up again today so I advertised them and their sponsors in words that will make some officials cringe but if they refuse to make things right.................I might start filling in a few more gaps with names. Apologies for my tone again tonight but I am exhausted etc.
