Water hazard

This is the lake on San Lorenzo golf course. Several of the holes run along side it and one hole involves crossing it! I have only made the carry a handful of times in all the years we have been coming here!

The whole area is protected land and this particular lake is only a stone's throw away from the main lagoon which lies between the sea and the land. There are loads of birds of various varieties, none of which I recognise but they have a chart in the club house which I will study tomorrow to try and identify some of them!
