Thistle

Was at the Mckenzie Marsh today and saw this huge thistle. It was about four feet tall and with lots of flower buds. Think it might be a scotch thistle. The flowers were not out yet but could not get over how large it was! Would not want to bump into this one! Lots of sharp spikes!
