Lace

Lacing up the back of the wedding gown.

I was over 100 deg during the pre-wedding pictures. We were all standing in the shade, and I was looking longingly at all the people tubing down the creek. I was tempted to jump in dress and all.

My first time wearing heels. There were several near misses, almost resulting in skinned knees and/or broken ankles. I did manage not to fall down though. There is a good reason i never wear heels (well, several, actually...) I was looking down at the top of everyone's head - including all the guys. I easily had several inches on everyone.

The wedding was very nice and the reception was a blast - I was not ready for it to end.
