My favourite stone

I picked this lump of sandstone up on Nefyn beach North Wales, around 20 years ago. I love it because it has a vein of iron ore separating the two different bands of coloured sandstone. It is also interesting because it's so heavy and looks like bread dough!

Anyway - it’s washed up in New Zealand now!
