Status and Affection!

There's actually something highly competetive going on here: both Jessica (L) and Norman (R) want to be the 'high status' rabbit, i.e. with their own head down and the other rabbit licking and snuggling them between the eyes. This has been going on for as long as we've had these two together in the same enclosure, but far more of this sort of snuggling actually happens between them now.
