Lens trouble

... this was the last photo I took with my beloved 12-40mm f2.8.

When I took it out of my bag later in the day, the mount had come detached from the lens itself. Pretty traumatic viewing, but I hope that the warranty may pull through for me yet.

In other news, the builders ended up coming in today and by the time I got in tonight, there was not only a hole in the wall where the door will be, but the ceiling was also gone! Those boys don't mess around!
