Lemon Tree

As I remember -
'Lemon tree is so pretty
And the flowers are so sweet
But the fruit of the lemon
Is to bitter to eat.'

'Lemon tree very pretty and the lemon flower is sweet
But the fruit of the poor lemon is impossible to eat.'

This little lemon tree was big until a frost several years ago. Now what remains are the suckers that were left. According to my landscaper, these lemons are a sweet variety. They should be fully ripe in a couple of weeks.
