Half a loaf

One of the lunching ladies made it and it tasted good.
Some unexpected news at my medical visit this a.m  Seems I have got to have an operation - hopefully the NHS will come up trumps.  
Last operation I had was 38 years ago - hopefully the equipment has been updated!!
